Everyone's Relatives Project (Miyazaki Edition)
 The other day, a friend of mine said to me, "You're all relatives." This makes sense to me, as I've always been welcomed like a real family in various places and experienced a lot of kindness from people.
 This time, I visited Miyazaki for the first time, relying on my friend. I approached local people, drew portraits of more than 30 people, and handed over the original drawings. I was very happy to receive comments such as "It looks so much like them!" and "It captures their characteristics!", and I wanted to leave this relationship in some form.
 So that I wouldn't forget this encounter and memory, when I got back, I drew a picture of Miyazaki and printed it on a T-shirt. Then I drew a portrait of everyone wearing this T-shirt and posted it on Instagram. Everyone was lined up wearing the same Miyazaki T-shirt. My memory of Miyazaki was complete.
 This T-shirt is not just a piece of clothing, but a part of an artwork born from the cooperation of everyone, based on each and every encounter with people. I believe that everyone lives their life feeling the kindness of others. I hope that this T-shirt will be a chance to suddenly remember that.
 "People aren't worthless after all." I'm looking forward to where I'll meet next and what kind of encounters I'll have.
